The showing agent simply presses a button upon leaving and you are automatically alerted—via cell phone—that you can return to your house.

Text Messaging With text-messaging, prospective buyers can use their cell phones to receive instant information and photos as they sit outside your home. The interested buyer’s phone number is then sent to your Smart Move listing agent for follow-up. Prospective buyers can receive additional information via email or fax.
