COMMISSION STRUCTURE

At  Smart Move Realty,  we  recognize REALTORS work hard.   We believe you should be able to keep a substantial portion of the commissions you earn.  Our commission structures provide higher earning opportunities.  We offer a progressive commission structure.  The more you sell, the more you earn!  PLUS, there is no annual start-over. 

BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

$2,500 Smart Start Bonus.  We know that you'll find our unique marketing systems easy to sell. To get you started, we offer a bonus for each closing during your first six months with Smart Move.
Recruiting Bonus. Refer a potential candidate who you think fits the Smart Move agent profile. You will receive a bonus upon their first closing!
Education Bonuses. Bonuses and reimbursements are available for achieving nationally recognized designations such as GRI, e-Pro, CRS, and ABR.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS

We offer a mentorship program for first year real estate agents. This program involves one-on-one coaching with our team leaders.  These successful agents have experience and knowledge to help you "jump start" your real estate career

EDUCATION

One of our core values is "knowledge is power". We place a high value on learning, and expect our agents to be SMART. Each Smart Move agent is required achieve a GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation within 120 days of joining Smart Move. We financially reward agents who achieve designations such GRI, CRS, ABR, e-PRO, and others. This strategy allows us a unique marketing opportunity that makes us different from our competitors, because we are SMART.

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
