Expert Advice
In order for an individual to receive a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Minnesota, s/he must complete a 90 hour training program. After attaining a license, the State only requires 30 hours of continuing education every two years. At Smart Move Realty, we believe knowledge is POWER. Our agents are SMART. Many of our agents are college educated. All agents are required to complete the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) program, an advanced designation program designed to empower agents to better serve you in your important home buyer and seller decisions We also encourage the achievement of other advanced designations, and reward these individuals on completion.
